ABOUT
Completely renovated historic stone house originally built by Anton Motycka in 1831. The house has a ground floor and two floors with a total living area of 200 m2, 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with WC.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen.
The house is in a rustic style.
Barbecue and fireplace directly in front of the house only a few meters from the water reservoir.
The private sauna is right in front of the house by the stream. Relax room next to it with beautiful view.

The house is situated next to the water reservoir which offers beautiful view and makes this place so special.
Garden
There is a small but nice garden with the lake view, sunbeds and fireplace.
Sauna
There is exterior sauna with rest room next to the house. There is extra fee 50 Euro for one use. It is suitable for 4 people.
Wifi
We provide basic internet connection.
Housekeeping
We provide cleaning at the beginning of the stay and at the end. Any extra cleaning is paid separately.
Garden BBQ
There is a bbq and the garden kettle next to the house. There is extra fee for use.

Fishing
Water reservoir is also fishing pond. There is possible to arrange fishing permission in case you are owning fishing licence.
Cultural Sites
Area of Motycky is full of historical villges (like Vlkolinec/Unesco heritage or Spania Dolina) and towns like Banska Stiavnica, many of them reminds the rich history of mining. There are beautiful castles here, like Lupciansky hrad.
Skiing/Ski alpinisme
This is the area with the most famous Slovak ski centers like Donovaly (only 4km from Motycky) or Jasna and Chopok, and the around hills are ideal for ski alpinisme (such as Krizna).
Hiking/Biking/Trekking
The mountains around offer perfect possibility for this summer sports. The touristic pathways in Slovakia are very well marked and maintained.
Water sports and relax
Slovakia is famous for its thermal springs, therefore there are many spas, water parks and exterior pools like in Besenova, Vyhne or Sliac. There are many of wellness facilities in the area.
Attraction for children
There are many fun parks and other attraction for kids. One of the most famous is in Donovaly, inspired by Slovak fairy tales called Habakuky.
